Family pics...

There has been one gal in particular that has really made our time in Spain extra special... Bridget Baker, a Kiwi (hubby is a grinder for one of the AC teams) who has gone out of her way to motivate and organize activities for the entire AC community. She is the go-to gal when you need a plumber that speaks English or just need a friend to blow off steam to and take a walk in the park with. For the last three years she has been sending out a newsletter every few weeks with all sorts of good tidbits, from where the new good restaurant is to finding a good doctor. She has definitely made this experience a whole lot easier - and a whole lot more fun!
With most of the Cup teams on a temporary (fingers crossed) hiatus Bridget has decided to pursue her passion in photography - "Captured by Bridget." We were lucky to be able to book a nice morning with her a few weeks ago - before she got too busy!

Isabella didn't make it easy - she was full-on. Now that she can run she does, and she's fast! Bridget spent most the morning chasing her AND somehow managed to get some beautiful pics that we will treasure always.
Thank you Bridget!
Isabella's world...:-)
Catch me if you can!

Zenzo's 1st birthday - at the new BioPark

Face off with a Lemur
The new BioPark is very different from the Woodland Park Zoo in Seattle - much more focused on the dry & dusty parts of the world - with the highlight being the section on Lemurs, from Madagascar, where you get to enter their habitat and they get to check you out!

Another nice aspect of being here in Valencia, while Isabella is little, is having so many other wee ones to hang out with, from all over the world.
