Actually we didn't see anyone else.
Isabella made friends with a cactus.
She also got to "help" Antoine set up his telescope.
And then struck out for a walk on her own

And here it is... our proof-positive that we really did have a trantula stop by for a visit (to be honest, it was so big -- 5 inches -- that it wasn't even scary. More kind of cute, in a fuzzy sort of way...:-) 
Followed by an afternoon of play at the Balboa Park Science Museum - "Kid City" (for 5 years and under only...:-)
Enjoying the dolphin show (and taking care to sit just above the "splash zone")
Both Papa and Isabella really liked the bubble making display...
...while Mom especially liked the "rain house" (with sprinklers on the roof to give the sound of a good hard rain inside - the weather has been unusually good since we arrived. Not that I am complaining but it sure doesn't feel like November!)
